Day 6: 3 Locusts, Knee-to-Chest and Chin Tucks

Recall the Locust pose we did on Day 3 and the Knee-To-Chest Stretch from Day 4? You’ll be doing it again today!

  • Do 3 sets of Locusts poses; Each set includes holding the pose for 10 seconds, twice.
  • Do the Knee-To-Chest Stretch on each leg twice.
  • Remember Chin Tucks from Day 1? We just want to check in and make sure you get in a couple each day. They will help strengthen your posterior chain!
