Let’s get into it! First, let’s talk about what Posture is. Posture is the position in which you hold your body and limbs when standing, sitting, or lying down. To achieve good posture, you need to hold yourself in a way that places the least amount of strain on the structures of the body. Unfortunately, good posture is not something we can develop overnight. It will have to become a habit every single day. As you progress through this challenge, we hope you will find that maintaining good posture becomes easier and is well worth your time. Our goal for you is that at the end of this challenge you are able to hold your body in good alignment to help set you up for years to come.

Over the following 30 days, you will hopefully benefit in these ways:

  • Less built-up tension in your muscles and bones
  • Increased energy
  • Stronger core and muscles
  • Proper alignment of your body’s joints and muscles 
  • Improved spine health
  • Better breathing
  • Greater function as you age

This challenge will cover what we deem to be the best tips and advice on making good posture a natural part of your lifestyle.
